Services and amenities included

Water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, bed linen and towels (changed weekly), parking, bike storage room and final cleaning.
Extra: Tourist Tax Euro 1.50 per day, per person older than 14 years.

Cancellation

For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival, no cancellation fee.
For cancellations within 15 days before arrival, 100% of the booking costs.
